چکیده
مقدمه: صلح مفهومی چندبعدی است که عوامل مختلفی می‌تواند بر آن تأثیر بگذارد. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین فرایند صلح در شبکه‌های جامع سلامت انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع گراندد تئوری، برای پاسخ به این سؤال که فرایند شکل‌گیری صلح در شبکه‌های جامع سلامت چگونه است؟ اجرا گردید. برای انجام تحقیق، 25 مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با مددجویان و کارکنان شبکه‌های جامع سلامت انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بود و در ادامه از نمونه‌گیری نظری استفاده گردید. داده‌ها با رویکرد استراس و کوربین 98 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: فرایند شکل‌گیری صلح در شبکه جامع سلامت شامل 5 طبقه اصلی و 8 زیر طبقه است. طبقات این مطالعه شامل تهدیدها، فرصت‌ها، موانع بهره‌وری سازمان، راهبردها و پیامدها می‌شود؛ تهدیدها شامل زیر طبقات مدیریت عملکرد ضعیف و چالش‌های سازمانی است؛ زیر طبقات فرصت‌ها شامل انجام کار تیمی، همکاری، وجود آزادی در سازمان، درونی بودن صلح و اعتماد و اقتدار است؛ طبقه موانع بهره‌وری سازمان شامل رفتارهای انحرافی سازمان و احساسات منفی حاکم بر فضای سازمان است؛ راهبردها شامل به‌کارگیری مدیریت اثربخش و پایبندی به اخلاق حرفه‌ای؛ و پیامدها شامل دو زیر طبقه سرمایه اجتماعی و توسعه سازمانی است.
نتیجه‌گیری: شبکه‌های جامع سلامت با چالش‌های سازمانی و مدیریت عملکرد ضعیف برای برقراری صلح، و موانع بهره‌وری سازمان روبه‌رو هستند، لذا سیاست‌گذاران و مدیران باید در جهت رفع این موانع، اقدامات و راهبردهای مؤثری به کار گیرند.
