چکیده
مقدمه: باوجود اینکه پرتوهای یون‌ساز برای جمعیت جهانی مفید هستند، اما خطرات ناشی از اثرات تصادفی و قطعی، محافظت از بیماران در برابر آسیب‌های احتمالی را ضروری می‌سازد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان دُز معادل پرتو‌ی ایکس در مراکز رادیولوژی، در شهر زاهدان سال 1396 انجام گرفته است.
روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی‌مقطعی در بخش‌های رادیولوژی و دندان‌پزشکی و سالن‌های انتظار این بخش‌ها انجام شد. روش نمونه‌گیری سرشماری است. در مطالعه‌ی حاضر شش مرکز رادیولوژی، چهار بیمارستان دولتی و سیزده مطب دندان‌پزشکی بررسی شدند. میزان پرتو‌ی ایکس دستگاه پرتوسنج محیطی «MKS-05 ―TERRA» بر حسب μSv/h  سنجیده شد و داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 22 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: بیشترین و کمترین میانگین دُز دریافتی به‌ترتیب مربوط به اپراتور دستگاه‌ها در بیمارستان‌های دولتی
( µsv/hr06/0 ± 36/0) و کارکنان بخش دندان‌پزشکی ( µsv/hr01/0 ± 06/0) بود که پایین‌تر از حد مجاز است. میزان مواجهه‌ی کارکنان برخی از بخش‌های رادیولوژی بیمارستان‌ها μSv/h 55/0 و بالاتر از حد مجاز به دست آمد. بیشترین میزان پرتو‌ی دریافتی توسط اپراتور دستگاه‌ها در رادیوگرافی دندان، قفسه‌ی سینه و لمبوساکرال ارزیابی گردید.
نتیجه‌گیری: با‌توجه‌به اینکه میزان دُز مواجهه برای برخی از کارکنان بخش رادیولوژی که به‌طور غیرمستقیم و مداوم با پرتو‌ در تماس هستند بیش از حد مجاز توصیه شده است، انجام اقدامات حفاظتی از قبیل رعایت فاصله مناسب کارکنان از اتاق رادیوگرافی، بازبینی و حفاظ‌گذاری مناسب و پایش دُز مواجهه برای این گروه از کارکنان ضروری است.
