چکیده | ||
سابقه و هدف: مواجهه با سرطان موجب ایجاد بحران در ابعاد جسمی، روانی و معنوی می شود. بهزیستی معنوی ابعاد مختلف زندگی انسان را هماهنگ می کند و جهت سازگاری با بیماری لازم است. پژوهش حاضرباهدف بررسی ارتباط بین عوامل بافتاری و نیازهای مذهبی با بهزیستی معنوی در بیماران سرطانی انجام شد. مواد وروشها: روش این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این کلیه بیماران سرطانی شهرستان ساری بودند که 141 نفر (77 زن، 64 مرد) از بیماران سرطانی شهرستان ساری که به صورت هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب گردیده شدند بود.جهت ارزیابی از ابزار بهزیستی معنوی پیترمن، مقیاس نیازهای مذهبی بسینگ و مقیاس عوامل بافتاری ماریان استفاده شد. یافتهها: برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش آماری تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده شد. .نتایج بررسیهای آماری نشان داد که نیاز مذهبی، نیاز وجودی و نیاز به بخشش (001/0>P ) به صورت مثبت و معنیدار بیشترین سهم (41/0=R2) را در پیشبینی بهزیستی معنوی داشت. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که ابعاد رفتاری، سیاست، دولت، بهداشت، پزشکی و اشتغال (001/0>P ) به صورت معنیدار بیشترین سهم (51/0=R2) را در پیشبینی بهزیستی معنوی داشت نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه میتوان گفت که مؤلفههای نیازهای معنوی و عوامل بافتاری به عنوان دو سازه روانشناختی میتوانند در بهزیستی معنوی بیماران نقش داشته باشند. | ||
