چکیده | ||
آموزش مداوم به آن دسته از فعالیتهایی که جهت حفظ، توسعه یا ارتقاء دانش، مهارت، عملکرد حرفهای و ارتباطاتی که اعضای تیم سلامت در ارائه خدمت به بیماران، جامعه یا حرفه خود بکار میگیرند، اطلاق میشود. هدف این مطالعه بررسی وضعیت موجود آموزش مداوم پرستاری در ایران و جهان بود. ابتدا مقالات مرتبط از طریق پایگاههای اطلاعاتی Blackwell, Science Direct, CINAHL PubMed, Proquest, Google Scholar, Google, با استفاده از کلید واژههای آموزش مداوم، توسعه مداوم حرفهای و آموزش مادامالعمر جستجو شد. در این مقاله به مباحثی همچون تاریخچه آموزش مداوم، اهداف و امتیازات اختصاص یافته در برنامه آموزش مداوم پرستاری در ایران و برخی از کشورهای دنیا پرداخته شده است. در کل، برگزاری دورههای آموزش مداوم پرستاری منجر به ارتقا آشناسازی پرستاران با اصول حرفهای و جدیدترین مباحث تخصصی آنان می شود. | ||
