چکیده | ||
مقدمه: در این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت حسابرسی و معیارهای سنجش آن، رابطه بین بازده عادی و غیرعادی سالانه سهام و کیفیت حسابرسی با بهرهگیری از معیار اقلام تعهدی اختیاری بررسی شد. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش کاربردی، طرح آن شبهتجربی و از نظر رویکرد پسرویدادی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را شرکتهای دارویی پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران تشکیل میدهد و نمونه مورد بررسی با توجه به محدودیتهای در نظر گرفته شده، شامل 24 شرکت در بازه زمانی 1392-1387 است. فرضیههای پژوهش با بکارگیری روش تحلیل رگرسیون خطی چند گانه آزمون شده است. یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که بین بازده غیرعادی و کیفیت حسابرسی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد اما بین بازده واقعی و کیفیت حسابرسی رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد. سایر یافتههای پژوهش حاکی از وجود رابطه منفی و معنادار بین بازده داراییها و دوره تصدی حسابرس با کیفیت حسابرسی است. همچنین، رابطه نسبت کیو توبین و تعداد بندهای شرط حسابرسی با کیفیت حسابرسی مثبت و معنادار است اما رابطه معناداری بین متغیرهای اندازه شرکت، نرخ بازده حقوق صاحبان سهام، پیچیدگی فعالیت شرکت، نوع اظهارنظر، اندازه مؤسسه حسابرسی، تعداد شرکای مؤسسه حسابرسی، تخصص حسابرس در صنعت، فشار کار حسابرسی، استقلال هیأت مدیره، دوگانگی مسئولیت مدیر عامل و تغییر مدیر عامل با کیفیت حسابرسی مشاهده نشد. نتیجهگیری: در شرایط وجود بازده غیرعادی، تمایل به مدیریت سود کمتر و کیفیت حسابرسی بالاتر بوده و در نتیجه سرمایهگذاران در صنعت دارویی و سایر استفادهکنندگان از صورتهای مالی با اتکای بیشتری نسبت به گزارشهای حسابرسی میتوانند تصمیمگیری کنند. | ||
