چکیده
 
مقدمه: هدف این مطالعه، بررسی رابطه شرم با پرخاشگری و نشخوار خشم در افراد با مشکلات هیجانی با در نظرگیری نقش واسطه‌ای بیزاری از شرم و ترس از شفقت بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: طرح پژوهش، توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال 1402 بود که به‌روش نمونه‌گیری ترکیبی متوالی (گام اول در دسترس و گام دوم هدفمند) انتخاب شدند و سیاهه ابعادی اختلالات هیجانی، مقیاس‌های دیگران شرمگین‌کننده-2، تجربه شرم، ترس از شفقت، نشخوار خشم و پرسشنامه‌های واکنش‌های بیزاری از شرم و پرخاشگری باس-پری را تکمیل کردند. داده‌های 235 فرد با مشکلات هیجانی، با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار PLS تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: ارتباط معنادار ترس از شفقت با پرخاشگری (β=0.28, P<0.001) و نشخوار خشم (β=0.34, P<0.001) تأیید شد. بیزاری از شرم با نشخوار خشم رابطه معناداری داشت (β=0.25, P<0.001)، اما رابطه آن با پرخاشگری تأیید نشد (β=0.01, P=0.87). در بررسی روابط غیرمستقیم، ترس از شفقت نقش واسطهای معناداری در رابطه شرم با پرخاشگری (β=0.10, P<0.01) و نشخوار خشم (β=0.13, P<0.001) داشت. میانجی‌گری بیزاری از شرم تنها در ارتباط میان شرم و نشخوار خشم تأیید شد، به این صورت که 20/2% از اثر کلیی شرم بر نشخوار خشم با میانجیگری بیزاری از شرم تبیین شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: بیزاری از شرم و ترس از شفقت، نقش واسطه‌ای مهمی در رابطه شرم با پرخاشگری و نشخوار خشم در افراد با مشکلات هیجانی دارند. در این میان، ترس از شفقت میانجی قوی‌تری است. این یافته‌ها می‌توانند در طراحی مداخلات مرتبط با افراد دچار مشکلات هیجانی، خشم و پرخاشگری شرم‌محور مفید باشند.
