چکیده
زمینه و هدف: آمیختگی شناختی و اجتناب تجربه‌ای دو سازه مهم درمان پذیرش و تعهد هستند که در سلامت روان نقش دارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه آمیختگی شناختی و اجتناب تجربه‌ای با سلامت عمومی در پرستاران بخش‌های مراقبت های ویژه (ICU) بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شیراز بود.
روش بررسی: روش پژوهش، توصیفی- مقطعی و از طرح همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه پرستاران بخش های مراقبت های ویژه بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شیراز در دامنه سنی 20 تا 50 سال بودند که 180 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه های آﻣﯿﺨﺘﮕﯽ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ (CFQ)، پذیرش و عمل ویرایش دوم (AAQ-2) و سلامت عمومی 28 سوالی (28- GHQ)، توسط شرکت‌کنندگان تکمیل شد. داده ها با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین آمیختگی شناختی با سلامت عمومی (0/533=r) علائم جسمانی (0/434=r)، اضطراب و بی‌خوابی (0/490=r)، اختلال عملکرد اجتماعی (0/445=r) و افسردگی (0/538=r) ارتباط مثبت معنی‌داری وجود دارد. بین اجتناب تجربه‌ای با سلامت عمومی (0/413=r )، علائم جسمانی (0/305=r)، اضطراب و بی‌خوابی (0/386=r)، اختلال عملکرد اجتماعی (0/376=r) و افسردگی (0/407=r) ارتباط مثبت معنی‌داری وجود دارد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: بین آمیختگی شناختی و اجتناب تجربه‌ای با مشکلات سلامت عمومی پرستاران بخش‌های مراقبت‌های ویژه ارتباط مثبت وجود دارد. مداخلاتی که با هدف کاهش آمیختگی شناختی و اجتناب تجربه‌ای طراحی می‌شوند می‌توانند وضعیت سلامت روان را در این نمونه بهتر کنند.
