چکیده
 
مقدمه: خانواده‌ها به عنوان مراقبین اصلی افراد مبتلا به اختلالات روانی شدید و پایدار (SPMD) عمل می‌کنند. با این حال، نقش‌های مراقبتی متنوع و گسترده می‌تواند منجر به مشکلات روانشناختی مانند استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی در بین اعضای خانواده شود. سلامت معنوی به عنوان یک عامل حمایتی مهم برای مراقبین شناسایی شده است. این مطالعه با شناخت نقش معنویت در کاهش عوامل استرس زا، به دنبال بررسی ارتباط بین سلامت معنوی و سطوح افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس تجربه‌شده توسط مراقبین خانوادگی افراد مبتلا به SPMD است.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی شامل 122 نفر از مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران مبتلا به SPMD بود که از بیمارستان‌های اصفهان با روش نمونه‌گیری متوالی انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق یک پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک ، مقیاس DASS-21 (مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس-21) و یک پرسشنامه توسعه یاقته توسط پارسیان و دانینگ ، جمع‌آوری شدند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 24 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره معنویت 87/79 با انحراف معیار 17/04 بود. در رابطه با زیرمقیاس‌های DASS-21،  %32/8 از شرکت‌کنندگان افسردگی شدید، 32% اضطراب متوسط و 32/8% استرس بسیار شدید را نشان داده‌اند. آزمون همبستگی پیرسون یک رابطه منفی و معنی‌دار آماری بین سلامت معنوی و افسردگی (ضریب همبستگی=0/428-)، اضطراب (ضریب همبستگی=0/369-) و استرس (ضریب همبستگی=0/358-) نشان داد (سطح معنی‌داری<0/001).
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها از ارتباط معکوس بین سلامت معنوی و سطوح استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی در بین مراقبین خانوادگی SPMD حمایت می‌کنند. توصیه می‌شود استراتژی‌هایی برای افزایش رفاه معنوی اعضای خانواده به منظور کاهش تجربیات استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی آنها اجرا شود.
