چکیده
مقدمه: اختلال بی‌نظمی خلق اخلال‌گر، یکی از اختلالات روانی شایع در کودکان است که می‌تواند تأثیرات منفی بر رفتار، اضطراب و تعاملات اجتماعی آنان بگذارد. در این پژوهش، اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی گروهی در اضطراب، پرخاشگری و شایستگی اجتماعی در کودکان مبتلا به این اختلال مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی و طرح آن به‌صورت پیش آزمون‌پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کودکان دارای اختلال بی‌نظمی خلق اخلال‌گر در سال 1403 بود. 36 کودک پسر به صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش (18 نفر) و گروه کنترل (18 نفر) جای‌دهی شدند. ابزار گردآوری شامل پرسشنامه‌های اختلال کژتنظیمی خلقی ایذایی (DMDDS)، اضطراب کودکان (CAS)، پرخاشگری (BPAQ) و شایستگی اجتماعی (SCQ) بود. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی را دریافت کردند ولی گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 27 ‌تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی گروهی به طور معناداری باعث کاهش اضطراب (اضطراب جدایی، ترس اجتماعی، اضطراب فراگیر، ترس از فضای باز، وسواس فکری عملی، ترس از آسیب فیزیکی)، پرخاشگری (پرخاشگری جسمانی، پرخاشگری کلامی، خصومت، خشم ) و افزایش شایستگی اجتماعی در کودکان دارای اختلال بی‌نظمی خلق اخلال‌گر شده است (0/01>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی گروهی به‌طور معناداری اضطراب و پرخاشگری را کاهش و شایستگی اجتماعی را در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال بی‌نظمی خلق اخلال‌گر افزایش می‌دهد. این نتایج مؤید کارآمدی این مداخله به‌عنوان رویکردی مبتنی بر شواهد در بهبود نشانگان روانی-اجتماعی است. پیشنهاد می‌شود این رویکرد در مداخلات درمانی تخصصی مورد استفاده و بررسی‌های بیشتر قرار گیرد.
