چکیده
مقدمه: آموزش منابع انسانی به‌عنوان فرآیندی برای توسعه مهارت‌ها، مفاهیم، تفکر، توانایی مقابله با موقعیت‌ها، کسب دانش و ایده‌های نوآورانه برای دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی شناخته می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش، طراحی مدل آموزش مدیریت منابع انسانی بخش بهداشت و درمان در شرایط بحران بر اساس تجارب کووید ۱۹ بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش به‌صورت مرکب کمی-کیفی و با روش پدیدارشناسی در سال 1402 انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و اعضای هیئت‌علمی مؤسسات آموزش عالی بود که 8 نفر از آن‌ها با استفاده از روش هدفمند و با مصاحبه تا رسیدن به اشباع انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار MAXQDA و NVivo تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: مدل آموزش مدیریت منابع انسانی در شرایط بحران ۶ تم اصلی و ۱۴ تم فرعی را تبیین کرد. تفکر نوین در روابط با دانشگاه، تداخل انسجام آفرین، تعمیق تصمیم‌گیری تحول‌آفرین، راهبرد مدیریت هیجان در آموزش مجازی، ایجاد ظرفیت برای تاب‌آوری سازمان و تطویر سازمان واکنش‌پذیر از جمله مؤلفه‌های این مدل در شرایط بحران بودند. آنالیز مسیر نشان داد که بیشترین اثر را در دو مؤلفه مسیر آموزش مدیریت منابع انسانی در شرایط بحران و تعمیق تصمیم‌گیری تحول‌آفرین می‌توان پیگیری کرد. بر اساس مقادیر ضریب تعیین (R²)، مؤلفه تفکر نوین در روابط با دانشگاه 0/013 محاسبه شد که نشان‌دهنده اثر بسیار ضعیف بود. مؤلفه‌های تداخل انسجام‌آفرین (0/58)، مدیریت هیجان (0/506) و ایجاد ظرفیت برای تاب‌آوری (0/573) در محدوده اثر متوسط قرار داشتند. همچنین، میزان مؤلفه‌های تعمیق تصمیم‌گیری تحول‌آفرین (0/725) و تطویر سازمان واکنش‌پذیر (0/680) نشان‌دهنده اثر قوی بود. 
نتیجه‌گیری: مدیریت منابع انسانی در شرایط بحرانی نیازمند شناخت نشانه‌ها، هدف‌گذاری، برنامه‌ریزی و تمرکز بر تقلیل بحران‌ها است و در صورت مدیریت بحران می‌توان شاهد رشد، رونق و افزایش رفاه جامعه بود.
