چکیده
مقدمه: افسردگی یکی از شایع‌ترین اختلالات روانی در میان دانشجویان است که می‌تواند تأثیرات جدی بر سلامت روان و عملکرد تحصیلی آن‌ها داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری بر حساسیت بین فردی، عزت نفس و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده دانشجویان مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی و طرح آن به‌صورت پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های استان تهران در سال 1402 بود. 34 دانشجوی افسرده به‌صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش (17 نفر) و گروه کنترل (17 نفر) جای‌دهی شدند. ابزار گردآوری شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های افسردگی، حساسیت بین فردی، عزت نفس و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده بود. گروه آزمایش درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری را در 10 جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای دریافت کردند ولی گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 27 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد که درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری به‌طور معنی‌داری باعث کاهش حساسیت بین فردی (آگاهی بین فردی، نیاز به تأیید، اضطراب جدایی، کمرویی، خود درونی شکننده) و در مقابل باعث افزایش عزت نفس و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده در دانشجویان مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی شده است (P<0.01).
نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک روش مؤثر در کاهش حساسیت بین فردی و افزایش عزت نفس و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده در دانشجویان مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. مشاوران و روان‌درمانگران نیز می‌توانند در محیط‌های دانشگاهی از این روش درمانی به‌منظور بهبود سلامت روانی و اجتماعی دانشجویان استفاده نمایند.
