چکیده | ||
Background: The present study was conducted to investigate the effective factors related to attachment and bonding in infants with a history of hospitalization in the intensive care unit (NICU). Methods: this systematic review study using PRISMA guidelines to review the factors affecting bonding and attachment in infants with a history of hospitalization in the NICU. The search for articles was conducted between February 21 and March 17, 2024 in the databases including Scopus, PubMed, PsycNet, and Cochrane library. Nineteen eligible articles were finally reviewed in this study. Results: Based on the results, findings showed that some factors are affecting and some are Associative with bonding and attachment in infants with a history of hospitalization in the NICU. The results showed that in 4 articles demographic characteristics, in 7 articles psychological, in 2 articles cognitive, in 2 articles physiological, in 2 articles skin to skin contact, and in 6 articles attachment style are as factors affecting or associative with bonding and attachment in infants with a history of hospitalization in the NICU. Conclusion: demographic characteristics of infants and parents, psychological, cognitive, and physiological characteristics of infants, features of skin-to-skin contact and attachment style are among the effective and associative factors with Attachment and Bonding in infants with a history of hospitalization in NICU. | ||
